Founded in 1985, Focusing on the in-depth development of Personal Care & Hygiene, covering an area of 135 mu and has a construction area of approximately 38,000 square meters, Fortune Cat^® Personal Care & Hygiene production base mainly produce all kinds of Personal Care & Hygiene products.

Fortune Cat^® Specializing in Antibacterial, Bio-based sanitary pads and other personal care products. Located in Henan Province, our factory is a dedicated manufacturer of high-quality sanitary pads and personal care products. Unlike traditional mass-production plants, we focus on functional materials, clean production, and customized OEM/ODM solutions for brands that care about skin health and environmental impact. We do not simply copy standard formulas. We work with buyers who want something different — whether that is a chitosan-infused topsheet, a antibacterial core, or a fully biodegradable solution.

5. In-house laboratory: Raw material incoming inspection, microbiological testing (total bacterial count, fungi), and physical performance testing (absorption, rewet, leakage).
